We do not process the personal information for company’s personal gains, the personal information (including name, email, and contact details) are processed to keep records of the services and products delivered, for accounting purposes and any communication held between and the user (s).

We also process your IP Address, browser type and search history to keep records of our customer’s activity on our website.

All of your personal data is stored on the encrypted hosting servers of and on PayPal from which I receive names and email addresses of the students enrolled or paid for my services. Furthermore, we ensure the protection of your personal information on our website.


Monitoring of user activity – The response of users (students/customers) are also processed with a purpose to monitor the overall engagement of the user on this site and report if something unusual happens. In most cases, spam users allocate bots to configure encrypted data from the site, to stop such activities that may harm the site of data of other users, a continuous evaluation of automatic data (such as IP Address and search history) is monitored. It helps us identify whether the user is a natural person or an unidentified spammer or fake bot.

Orders – We also process your personal information to process your orders seamlessly and to notify you about the status of the orders, such as booking and buying IELTS classes, group coaching etc.

Consumer Engagement – We may also send you emails about new courses, discount codes, and vouchers to maintain a healthy customer-client engagement. If you do not want to receive any emails, please link on the unsubscribe link in any of the emails to stop receiving any emails. We respect your privacy and will not send you any emails with your explicit consent and willingness.

Student Results – We keep class notes on student’s progress and also a record of IELTS results and student names and summaries of how many lessons they took what their goal was and how and if they achieved it. This helps us in revamping our courses or adding more suitable content to make the lessons more interactive and informative.


Retention period refers to the time period for which we keep your data stored on your servers or computers. removes all the data of users “data subject” after five years with a condition – inactiveness from the user or request from the user to remove the data.

Furthermore, if you (user) wants us to remove their data from our website and servers because they do not wish to use our services anymore, they can always contact us with their concerns at, and we will make sure to take care of any query or concern requested by the user.


You must be 18 years or above to avail the services from this website. You can only buy online courses if you are above the required age or under the surveillance of a Parent or Guardian. We do not collect any personally identified information from minors, and in the event, if we accidentally do so, we immediately delete it from our servers and systems.


We have been collecting information from users through the opt-in option. We will only process your information if you give us your consent freely without any pressure.

ADVERTISEMENT do not offer any advertisement on its website. However, we may place or use advertisements on our website in the near future. Rest assured, the information of the users (students) will not be disclosed to any of the advertisement agency.
