Before the first lesson: Standard UK regulations apply:

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with me, or seven days of the first lesson (whichever is the longer).

After the first lesson: There will be no refunds given for any teaching which the teacher has already provided. If the student wishes to terminate the package, they can negotiate with the teacher. In the circumstances of ill-health or dissatisfaction with the course, then a full refund of all untaught lessons will be paid.

If a student wishes to change the time of a lesson, this must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If the student misses a session and does not inform the teacher 48 hours in advance, then the lesson will be regarded as taught and must be paid.

In the unlikely circumstance of the teacher not being able to teach the lessons the full balance of untaught sessions would be returned to the student.

Packages are provided at discounted rates, but will expire after six months – after six months, I do not provide refunds.
